Adhaar card for NRIs

Hello,

I am an US citizen and living in USA for a long time, but I still have local S/B accounts, NRO accounts in India.  Do I need to apply for Adhaar card?  There was a condition in the adhaar application like "I have been residing in India for 182 days for the preceding 12 months".  So, people working abroad with any form of Visas, GC, citizenship will not qualify for the Adhaar card.

So, in that case how can they link their bank accounts?  Thanks for your support.
