Pamy Posted June 30, 2017 Report Share Posted June 30, 2017 My company applied for GC in EB1 Category in March. Till now only my 6 year old daughter has received her EAD. Does this mean that mine and my husband's case is also accepted and approved and we will also be receiving our EAD shortly? Or is there still a chance of RFE or rejection of the papers? pontevecchio Posted June 30, 2017 Report Share Posted June 30, 2017 You mean AP. Possibly a single document AP/EAD and obviously the EAD part does not apply to your child. It could be a positive sign and the company lawyer should be able to tell you what happened. Link to comment
