Category would be EB-2 and with country of chargeability: ROW and assuming one doesn't travel out of the US during this process ?. Having read across the internet about F-1 visa being not dual intent, the answers are mixed. Usual answers suggest going through the H1B route. Appreciate if someone proficient or similar situation can advise. Link to comment
