srini005 Posted June 22, 2017 Report Share Posted June 22, 2017 Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction On May 31, 2017, we transferred your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number EACXXXXXXXXXXXX, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by June 30, 2017, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. Can some one clarify what needs to be done and how long it will take time to get approve when can i able to work currently i am H4 visa. If it is approved how to convert from H4 to H1-B what are all the documents to be submitted. Link to comment
