L1Bextenstion Posted June 22, 2017 Report Share Posted June 22, 2017 I completed 5 years in L1B and returned back to India on 23rd August 2016. As per rule, I have to stay out of US for one year period as a cooling period. I am currently serving my cooling period in India. My project will apply for L1B visa on September 2017. Due to a project need, new B1 visa need to be applied and travel to US for four weeks during July 2016. Please confirm if this B1 travel will impact the clock of one year cooling period which will reset on 23rd August 2017. Link to comment
