roy86
Hi, I applied for my spouse's EAD (I-765) in April 2017 and received the receipt number for the same. In June first week, I changed my employer and they filed my H-1B transfer along with my H-1B extension as well as I-539 for my spouse's application to Extend/Change her Nonimmigrant Status (H-4 status). My question here is that - will USCIS wait for the decision to be made on her H-4 extension before they process her EAD application or will they first process her EAD since it was filed before the I-539 application? Appreciate the help in advance. Thanks!! Link to comment
