Sri9532 Posted June 21, 2017 Report Share Posted June 21, 2017 I need some suggestions currently my friend wife in on H4 and applied for H1 and which got approved without an I-94 issued as they have travel to India and H1b visa stamping. With their current situation they cannot travel out of USA as of now. Can they change status back to H4 immediately and get approved with valid I-94 again same as previous one? Please help friends. LuckyLoser Posted June 22, 2017 Report Share Posted June 22, 2017 If change of status is denied , she is still on h4 . So do not worry . If she wants to be on h1 , she has to go out of country and have h1 visa and come to US and she gets her i94 at poe Link to comment
