Hi,

I am currently on l1b and I got my h1b consular application approved. I have my i140 pending. I am planning to switch to H1b once i140 is approved.

My spouse is currently working on l2ead.  How can I convert my spouse's l2ead to h4ead with out any disruption to the employment.
