Opening business on H4

Hello,

I am currently on H4, and have a valid EAD. I am trying to start a business but I had a couple of questions to clarify my confusion.  

1.what happens to the company if my spouse lost his/her EAD status for any reason?. do we need to drop the name from the business (There would other partners involved.) or does she just have to stop working until her EAD came in?
