sprash98 Posted June 20, 2017 Report Share Posted June 20, 2017 Has anyone heard about any updates on the H4-EAD lawsuit? The last I checked, DHS were supposed to check in every 60 days to provide updates on what, if any, changes they would implement to the existing rule. The first 60 days have passed and there hasn't been a word. Is this a good thing? Link to comment
