F1 to H1 to H1 Extension Stamping

I came into US with F1 visa and then got converted to H1. After the H1 expiration, i got my extension. Now i am trying go for stamping and the visa appointment page shows as "Eligible for Drop Box". As this is my first stamping shouldn't i go for visa interview? Please advise.

While choosing the answers, you might have done something wrong.

This Question : Are you applying for the visa in the same category ? You need to answer this as "NO" 

    The above question itself will make you ineligible for Drop Box.

As per my knowledge, For the 1st time stamping, It will never show the Drop Box eligibility if you have answered all questions correctly.
