I have applied for I140 in Regular Processing in Nebraska Service Center in the month of (late) Oct 2016. Status is still pending as of today. I will be completing my 6 years in Dec 2016 (Got into US on work visa L1-B in 2012 Jan). A little worried on what my options are. Does Nebraska usually takes this long. Is anyone else in the same situation of mine ? Thanks in advance. Would highly appreciate any reply. Link to comment
