Karthikb_itpro Posted June 16, 2017 Report Share Posted June 16, 2017 I am in a situation where in my H1 extension was filed on 27-Jan-2017 but I had to travel for an emergency to India and came back to US on 28-Feb-2017 (during which I got a new i94 valid only till 30-June-2017) while my extension was still pending to be processed. Now USCIS approved my extension today but i797 has my old i94 which is no longer valid. What should I do now? Link to comment
