Wat if i resign, will i be eligible of 60 days grace period to continue my stay in US in order to look for jobs? If i get a job after 20 days post resignation, will there be any issues in getting my visa transferred to new employer. Link to comment
JoeF Posted June 15, 2017 Report Share Posted June 15, 2017 Are you getting paid on bench? The law requires people on H1 getting paid all the time, even on bench. If you don't get paid, you are out of status. Link to comment
