USA Visitor Visa for Parents

Hi,

I am getting married here in USA and wanted to call my parents for wedding. My visa is in Extension Process and I94 is expired.

I wanted to Know what will be the best way to start the visa processing.Following are my Queries:

1) Should my parents start Visa processing on there finance or I should say I will take care of it and show $10,000 balance in my account?

2) Should i mention in invitation that I am calling them for wedding or I should just mention that I am calling them for visit? If I say I am calling them for wedding do i need to show some proof?

3) In Interview should they just say that they are coming for visit or for wedding?

Hi Sweta,

There is no sponsorship for visitor visa.  It is totally visitors responsibility to pay for the trip and expenses while traveling to the USA.  I would stay away from the whole wedding thing, and stick with visiting places.
