I797 for H4 Stamping

Hi,

I was with employer A on H1B. My dependents (wife and son) were on H4. Our visas were extended by employer A (extended till Aug 2018) during my stay with them, and have got I-797 for all of us (three separate I797).

I now moved to another company (employer B). They transferred my H1b, but did not transfer H4 (saying that H4 need not be transferred as it is dependent on H1B holder status). I got the new I797 (which is valid till Aug 2019) for me, but not for my dependents.

We are now planning to go to India. Would there be a problem with the Visa stmping back in India, as our I797 are different (i.e., from different employers)? Do I need to get the H4 transferred as well, and get the new I797 (from my current employer) for my dependents before going to India?

Did you guys get the stamping done ? If so until when are your dependents' visas' approved ? What is mentioned in the annotation of their visa's is it old employer extension or new employer's ?
