Kam45
I will be thankful if you can clarify these 2 points.: 1.I had to spend 904 days out of USA for personal reasons and health issues(6trips each less than 180 days with a single one-day trip to Canada.)I have 922 days of physical presence, when completing 5 years of continuous residence(26June,2012 to 25 June, 2017) will 30 months be reckoned by USCIS as 913 days or 900days? Do I satisfy the Physical presence required for Naturalization? 2.I am a senior living in Connecticut from May, 2015 .I returned to USA after the recent visit of 4 months abroad on 24 April 2017.Can I file N400 on 26 June2017 as I had been living in the same place before.? Or should I wait for 3 months after the visit? For proof I have no employment certificate as I am not employed and I do not have a driving license .I am going to apply for State ID which may take a few weeks to get .During interview can a few mails that I received in the same address in 2015 to 2017 be enough for proof for more than 3 months' presence in the same state/district? It will be of great help to me if these are clarified. Link to comment
