What all I need to do with respective to immigration. I mean do I need to my divorce information to USCIS. I am going to get married in august and my wife will go for visa stamping in august.Does she need to be concerned about my divorce when she goes to H4 visa stamping I mean does gets any questions about my divorce ,ofcourse I will give my divorce paper so that visa interviewer will have idea about.
