NP25 Posted June 11, 2017 Report Share Posted June 11, 2017 Hello, Im currently working in US on H1 visa. My spouse is working in India. He is planning to apply for a visitor visa now. If this visa gets approved, will it be an issue for applying for H4 visa in the future? Are there any chances of H4 getting rejected because the applicant already has visitor visa? Link to comment
