chiragshah2783 Posted June 10, 2017 Report Share Posted June 10, 2017 Hi All, I am currently working with Employer B and I have Visa stamp on my passport from my Previous Employer A. This Visa stamp has expiry of Sept 2017. I am traveling to India in month of June and coming back in July. I will be having validity of Visa stamp of less than month when I will renter in USA and also that with my previous employer. Do I have to go for restamping in India during my visit? I tried taking appointments with US Counsulate Mumbai through US Travel Doc website but it is keep on saying that I am eligible for Drop Box. Is Drop Box still open for India? Is it advisable to go for restamping with Drop Box? Link to comment
Ash406 Posted June 14, 2017 Report Share Posted June 14, 2017 Option 1:- You can go for dropbox in india Option 2:- you can re enter usa with your visa stamp with previous employer A.No issues even u enter before 1 month of ur expiration. Link to comment
