H4 to H1b change and in-between travel to home county

Hi,

Currently I am on H4 and this year applied for H1B through a consultant and picked in lottery. Application status is still in processing. Me and my husband has  to go back to home county in JUL, not sure application will be approved till that time. 

Will it affect my H1b application processing? If everything goes fine and it is approve can I come back after H1b stamping?

The H1 will be approved without COS if you leave before decision. You can return with the H1 visa up to 10 days before the start date.
