H4 Visa Stamp and Got Approved H1 B in Comprehensive

Hi Friends, 

My Wife has an Approved H4 visa and she is working with her Client on H4 EAD. But her client has sponsored H1 B and she got a Approval for H1 B in Comprehensive ( With No I-94 Attached to I-797 Approval Receipt). We are planning to travel Abroad for a Week . Can she reenter in H4 Visa as she has an Approved H4 Visa Stamp Or does she need to go for stamping with H1 B recipt before she can Re enter USA ? 

Her H4 visa Stamping is valid till September 2018 and also she got an H1 B Receipt till the same Date. What do you guys suggest and will she have any problem.
