L1 B(Blanket) to L1A

Hi,

I am currently on a L1B(Blanket) visa, which was granted in May 2015 and expires in May 2018. While on assignment I was promoted to Managerial position and have been in that role for a year. I am not directly leading a team in India, but I am the engagement lead for the client, from my company.

My question is, whether I can apply for change to a L1A blanket or individual visa since my company has already approved the change request and also wants to me lead additional engagements.

If possible, request someone to reply with details of the procedure to do so and estimated timelines.
