Perm can be applied on a Cap Exempt H1B 2) if yes, is the process for PERM any different from the usual h1b application? Perm process is the same for cap/non-cap subject H1B's 3) are the processing timelines for non-cap exempt perm process faster than the usual h1b? No the processing timelines are the same for both. ) are the processing timelines / waiting time for non-cap exempt Green Card process faster than the usual h1b? Its not any faster Link to comment
