Bajrang
Hello,My H1B visa is expiring on 12 Sept 2017 and I-94 has date to Admit until 22 Sept 2017. I am planning to visit India in 1st week of July and come back by 30th July 2017. I have already applied for extension as premium process, but since they received it on 3rd April 2017, so it has been considered to process as normal one. Can i travel to India or will it be any issue in POE or do i need to re-apply for extension as i read in lot of blogs that earlier applied extension will be cancelled if you are travelling. Please suggest. Link to comment
pontevecchio
First discuss the situation with the company Lawyer. Travel does not nullify an extension only a COS. Link to comment
abhinav00702
As far as I know, you will not be able to enter US back again if your extension is under process and not approved. You will be eligible to enter only once the extension is approved again. This is not a legal advice and confirm from other sources as well. Link to comment
