i140 EB1C question

If Client & location changes but employer, role & responsibilities are same, do we need to file I140 EB1C again if current case is still not approved? Or even approved?

I suppose you doing consulting at some client place and not actually working for your employer. If this is the case I am not sure how your case falls under EB1C category. Are you in a service company or you are doing implementation of your employer's product at client side?
