Employment information for B1/B2 visa

Hi All,

I am filling DS-160 for my parents. My father got retired 10 years ago and now he is self-employed and doing real estate business. He doesn't have any office to mention in present employer name field if I select occupation as 'Business'. Could someone please suggest what can I mention for the work information to make the case strong.

Can i select "Other" and for the Present Employer or School Name can I mention as self-employment in that field.
