GC category and processing times.

My employer is going to start my GC process next month, can anybody here address my following queries.

I have Bachelor's degree from India and have 8 years of experience, based on this am I eligible for EB2 or EB3?

What would be the approximate time(Im aware that processing time depends on individual case please tell me usual processing times ) taken for complete GC process starting PERM status to getting I-485 approval.

what would be approximate time taken for each of the 3 steps PERM, I-140, I-485.

Does PERM/LCA processing have any dependency on state my employer located in?
How I-140 premium process effects my priority date and current date.
