Need to Apply H1B with the existing I-140 from the previous company

Hello Folks,

          Currently I'm working in a company with my I-140 Approved and having approved and Stamped H1B. Here are my questions.

          1. Can I able to move to a different company and apply H1B with my existing I-140 as the new company is not willing to Apply/Transfer Green Card. Also I have completed 6 years in my H1B.

         2. Its been more than 6 months from priority date. Is it true that the employer who applied for I-140 cannot able to revoke it if it passes 6               months  period.

 Please help us answering the questions which will be really helpful.
