Nawaz Posted May 23, 2017 Report Share Posted May 23, 2017 Hi, My employer has filed H1b Amendment for location change lately after 9 months , now I got an RFE to prove that I am not working in Current location before the LCA was requested/approved , but I have been working from 9 months.
