H1B Visa status after coming out of US through different Employer

Hello Sir,

I got my H1B visa in 2015 and it is until July 1st 2018. 
I resigned my current employer and came to Singapore through a different employer. Is there any possibility to renew my H1B for the next 3 years but still stay in Singapore, I want to keep my H1B valid to be on safe side just in case my contract don't get renewed in Singapore.

Please advise.
