Dear Attorney,

Employer A filed I-140 and I-485 concurrently. PD: July 2016 under EB1B.

I changed to employer B after > 180 days of I-140 pending and I-485 pending. Employer A withdraws I-140 pending. Should I wait for RFE or do I have to start over with Employer B now?

The status of I-140 says: Withdrawal Acknowledgment Notice was sent.

I-485 : Fingerprint Fee Was Received

Kindly advise.
