fateus
Hello Filed I140 with Masters Degree from school Accredited by ACICS . It got denied as ACICS is not recognized as a bonafide accrediting agency by AACRAO ,USCIS nor united States department of Education. I have completed my masters in 2010 but ACICS lost its recognition last year .Appealed the denial with MTR .They are considering as of today and denied it again .There are so many of students who's I140 got approved from the same school . Please let me know if there is any way I can challenge it ? . Running out of the H1B -6 years Any other ways I can retain the same priority date and get this I140 approved for H1b extension after 6 years .Working with the same employer for past 8 years (when I completed my masters in 2010 I never knew that ACICS is going to loose its recognition.) JoeF
In.principle ,it should be possible, but USCIS hasn't issued any guidance on this. Of course ACICS-accredited schools were always rather bad. 4th tier at best. People here always recommended going to a public school, not a for profit private one. Link to comment
