EB1C TSC PD Jan 2017

Hi,

My employer filed my GC under EB1C @ TSC .My PD is Jan 12, 2017. I received my EAD&AP card on March 8. Fingerprint done. Since then it's been 2.5 month , I haven't received anything for my I140.

Now that EB1C dates are retrogressing to 2012 starting June'17. Can you please clarify below queries?

1. Will it anyway impact my I140 processing?

2. What is time period I should be looking  at to get my GC?

3. On October 1st ..what dates cases will TSC will start processing for 485? Given that they were processing Dec 2016 cases on May end.

EB1 dates will be back to Current by October onwards.
