F1 OPT to H4 Change of status. No pay stubs

Hi,

I am currently on F1- OPT which is valid untill 26th june 2017 and now I am working as an unpaid intern. Since, I am eligible for H4-EAD, I want to convert my status.   I am on unpaid Intern  so I have no paystubs. My doubt is during the change of status will I be receiving RFQ for paystubs? If so, what alternatives I have?

You are converting to a dependent status. So the primary H-1 candidate status is important. They will not care about your F-1 pay stubs.
