She had H-4 EAD however she works as a substitute teacher which is part time. During visa interview do we need to mention she works part time. What questions do the VO asks for H-4 visa EAD? pontevecchio Posted May 21, 2017 Report Share Posted May 21, 2017 The H4 EAD is unrestricted work Authorization part or full time and one may not even work if they choose. She is going for a H4 visa. The EAD is immaterial. They may ask specific questions about your H1 status. Link to comment
