I've booked an appointment and did not submit my Ds-160 form at same time. Now I can't retrieve my form

I don't want to cancel my appointment because there is no time available till next 3 months.

If I fill up another form , then the new barcode is not same as which mentioned in my appointment. If so, Will they accept me to interview ?
