H1B Dropbox Bangalore Admin processing

Hello,

I have a weird situation, 

May 5 2017: Submitted to dropbox 

May 8: Sumitted to Post ( Chennai)

May 10: Admin Processing

May 15: Admin Processing ( Contacted http://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/in-main-contactus.asp - They gave me a generic reply to wait for 10days)

May 17: ( No status Change)

May 18: Contacted Customer Support http://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/in-main-contactus.asp- No reply generic response made sure my email and phone number was correct on the file

May 19: Contacted Customer Support http://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/in-main-contactus.asp- They said a 221(g) has been issued and I need to get that addressed

I called to find out where is the 221(g) so I can prepare for additional documentation submission

I was told that I should have got an email, I checked my spam, trash, inbox no trace of any email!

Called them again to resend the email, apparently they have to escalate and the consulate has to resend.

Question: Is there any way to contact the consulate? Can I just schedule an interview instead? How else do I get to know what is on the 221(g)?? ( Seems like an endless loop if I dont know what to submit)
