kumar texas Posted May 16, 2017 Report Share Posted May 16, 2017 Hi , My wife is in India and I am in USA from 3 months and she has her H4 Visa valid till Oct , 2017. Currently undergoing divorce issues and I was threatened for false allegations and misuse of visa by entering back to USA. Is there a way the H4 visa can be revoked/cancelled? Link to comment
