H1b amendment and H1b transfer

Company A file H1b application for me when I worked for them. Then our department is sold to Company B.

From Jan 2017 I started to work for Company B, until recently their lawyer started to prepare file H1b amendment for me.

Now, I accepted an offer from Company C, and they have already filed H1b transfer for me.

My question is do I still need H1b amendment? 

If H1b amendment and H1b transfer filed at the same time, will it cause H1b transfer rejected?
