L1B to L1A Conversion

Hi Team,

I am on L1B Individual visa from March 2015. My current stamp expires in Sep 2017 (max out in 2020).

I would like to apply for L1B to L1A Conversion. My employer says that L1A blanket stamping in Canada has high rejection rates and wanted me to apply for L1A Individual instead.

My question here is, can I apply for L1A individual in premium processing even though my L1B max out is in 2020?

Can you please share any known statistics about L1B/L1A Individual/Blanket recent approval rate?
