Employer A : Labor approval date - Sep 2013 | I140 Approval date - sep 2014 | H1B 6yrs max out date was Nov 2015. Applied for H1B extension (beyond 6 yrs) in Aug 2015. my Employer A closed in May 2016 (due to some fraud) and my case was still in pending. FYI: The H1B extension application with Employer A got revoked/cancelled in Dec 2016 ----- Applied for H1B transfer to Employer B in Jun 2016. After 2 RFE's got the H1B approved last week with Start date - Mar 2017 and End date - Mar 2018. I was planning to start Labor with Employer B but got a good opportunity with Employer C (Big company), which I cant ignore. ----- Now, below are my questions: 1. During the period Nov 2015 - Mar 2017, my case was in either pending or RFE's. What was my status during this period. 2.Why are the dates on the New H1B are from Mar 2017 - Mar 2018 ( just 1year ) 3. What is my new H1B Max out DATE. Is it Mar 2018 ? 4. Is my Labor PriorityDate and I140 still valid ? if my I140 is valid then why New H1B dates are from Mar 2017 - Mar 2018 ( just 1year ) and not 3 years. 5. will there be any problem if I move to Employer C without starting any GC process with Employer B. thanks sha Link to comment
