H1B approved but I-94 denied, 7 months pregnant

Hello,

I am in a weird situation where my H1B was recently approved with an end date of May 2018. However, my I-94 was denied. I am in a tough situation as I am 7 months pregnant and my doctor has recommended it is not safe for me to travel outside the country. please advice of what possible options i have that does not jeopardize my legal status in the united states.
