colekata
After getting the H1B stamped I discovered that my employer is not ready to hire me and is making lame excuses. As I have never started working for them (and never visited US on this visa) can I transfer the visa to another employer? According to this website Paystubs not required if the existing H-1B was never used and the transfer is applied from outside the U.S. Link to comment
pontevecchio
The rules have been altered. Ordinarily you have to join the initial sponsor before you can look for another one. But Reports by Murthy Lawyers have indicated that getting the visa stamp may be good enough to be considered cap counted and able to transfer the H1. Help yourself and spend the money on a consultation to make sure. Link to comment
