What would be the process to change job from one employer to other on H4 ead?

Hello team,

I would like to know if there is any process to be followed for switching job from one employer to another if I am on H4 EAD.

Is there any company dependency or minimum days that I need to work at employer 1 before switching to employer 2?

You can just quit. There are no restrictions to the H4 EAD.
