RamDav
Not received case number for H1B amendment, anyone waiting on case number or experiencing delays? My employer submitted an H1B amendment for change of location on March 28th 2017 in premium process and they have not yet received case number and the check also not cashed. It has been almost 6 weeks since the application was filed and receipt notices are usually sent out within a week. Please help, Thanks a lot ! Link to comment

RamDav
Thanks for the reply, is there any way we can follow-up with USCIS to get receipt number? Link to comment
mohan1984
@RamDav My company send email to USCIS to figure out what's going on but no response from them. If I didn't hear from them by this friday. I will sent the packet again. I don't know whether they lost it or what.. Link to comment
RamDav
Thanks for the reply, If you send packet again, USCIS will not accept as premium process, it will be normal process. am i right? Your company sent email to USCIS through the lawyer or your employer only? Link to comment
mohan1984
Email sent by employer only... Packet will be accepted as regular because I know few people who applied as regular and got their approval too. So I think USCIS is pretty much playing with us who had applied in premium earlier.... RamDav
Thanks Mohan for the quick reply. So you mean to say even if you apply in regular also got an approval quickly, if so generally how much time USCIS is taking for H1B amendment in regular process. Link to comment
