informrangs Posted May 8, 2017 Report Share Posted May 8, 2017 Hi, My current I-797 expires in Feb’18, but my six yr H1B will end by Aug’18 .Perm filed on May1st ‘17. In case i plan to visit india in Dec'17 what are my best and worst case scenarios when i go for stamping. For instance if i get RFE on my labor approval will my existing H1 extension be denied and would not get the remaining 8 months H1 stamping ? Link to comment
