H1B amendment receipt notice timelines

Anyone waiting on receipt notice or experiencing delays? 

My employer submitted an amendment for change of location (not consulting model) on april 10th and they have not yet received any additional information. It has been 3 weeks since the application was filed and receipt notices are usually sent out within a week. This is creating uncertainty and loss of productivity.

Folks prior to April 3 have started to get receipt notices per the other threads. Not sure why applications after April 3 are not getting receipts yet. Which service center was your application filed at?

I dont know which service center. Does it usually stay the same from the previous ones? It is not even a new H1B or a renewal, an amendment supposed to be easier. Takes more than 3 weeks just to say we have received it. Unbelievable.
