Title and Roles on my PERM Labor Certification

Hi,

I'm a software engineer on H1b and I am moving to a new employer. My new employer is a telecom based company but also does staff augmentation to IT jobs. He is planning to file my GC and as the first step, PERM labor Certification, he is choosing to put my title as "TELECOM Engineer".

In the application, he captured Telecom engineer roles and responsibilities and appended my actual roles and responsibilities at the end. 

I asked him to file it with a IT relevant title but he says it should be fine. Can anyone suggest me if this is a problem now or in the future?
