H1 Extn Approved with Consulate notified Blank

Hi,

  Filed H1 Extension in perineum. My attorney received the below email with Consulate notified blank. My existing H1 is good through  09/08/17.Still we have not received Hard copy of the documents. Moreover this is my 3rd extension with I-140. Pls advice ...I'm confused.
